**New Resort Fee Effective Jan. 1, 2016**
As many resorts worldwide now implement a daily resort fee to assist with operational service expenses,
Effective Jan. 1, 2016 there will be a $10 U.S. per person per day resort fee for all guests staying in villas.
The resort fee will be $5 U.S. per day for all guests staying in all other accommodations.
**Note that with all bookings made up until Dec. 31, 2015 regardless of dates they are booked for, there will not be a resort fee for guests. Any bookings made as of Jan. 1, 2016 will be with the resort fee. Please contact us with any questions.**
COFRESI PALMS STANDARD ROOM
For the second year in a row our Standard Rooms are the lowest price in our 9 years of doing this event. The website price reflects a total discount of $150 built into this accommodation only. No other discounts are available with the Standard Rooms.
Cofresi Palms standard room was created with space and comfort in mind, making Cofresi Palm a relaxing, enjoyable and satisfying experience for all guests. All rooms have air conditioning, cable television, phones, and ceiling fans, while the decor has a distinctive design, featuring dark wood furnishings. Shaded patios and verandas provide a relaxing place to gather in some of the units.
The Standard Room is designed for 1 – 3 people. This room comes with either 1 or 2 beds. Let us know your preference and we’ll make the request for you prior to arrival. All standard rooms have and are equipped with air-conditioning, a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio alarm clock and a safe deposit box.
NOTE: All Prices are per person and includes Accommodations, Events, and All- Inclusive. All-Inclusive means all of your food, drinks, and alcohol while on the host resort. The All-Inclusive Cost will be paid to resort at check in.

Payment Schedule:
Initial Deposits of $100 are required until Jan. 28 2016.
$150 Deposit is required between Jan. 28th and Feb. 28th 2016.
$200 Deposit is required between Feb. 28th and Mar. 28th 2016.
$250 Deposit Required Between Mar 28th and Apr. 28th 2016.
Due Dates Are Always The 28th Of Each Month After Registration.
Final Balance Is Due April 28th.
All Existing Reservations Must Be Paid In Full By April 28th.
Any Reservation Made Between April 28th and May 22nd Must Be Paid In Full At Time Of Reservation.
*All Inclusive Packages paid to the Resort at Check-In.
