Each villa is unique in design and decor; yet all offer the highest standards of amenities such as private pool, superb location, multiple suites with private baths, and each Villa comes complete with dedicated personal maid service pamper you.

The Crown Villas offer a matchless vacation experience for the most discriminating traveler. All villas have air conditioning, cable television, phones, and ceiling fans, while the decor has a distinctive Caribbean flair, featuring rattan, natural wicker and exotic bamboo. Shaded patios and verandas provide a relaxing place to gather.

NOTE: All Prices are per person and include Accommodations, Party Passes, and All-Inclusive. All-Inclusive means, that all of your food, drinks, and alcohol on the resort are included.

The All-Inclusive cost will be paid to resort at check in along with the resort fee of $25 per person per day.

Your registration is a request for us to reserve a room for you or your group. This requires each person on the registration form to make the required initial deposit within the first two weeks of this initial registration date. Its extremely important the person who is completing registration form to provide all email address for the roommates so that this can be communicated clearly. Without a deposit by each person we cannot confirm your reservation or your per person cost. If all deposits are not made within two weeks of the registration date, we will proceed with an occupancy rate of those who have made an initial deposit.

Deposit Schedule:

Initial deposit of only $100 per person can be made until Jan. 14th 2026.

$250 deposit per person is required if registering between the dates of Jan. 15th and Feb. 14th 2026.

$250 deposit per person is required if registering between Feb. 15th and Mar. 14th 2026.

$250 deposit per person is required if registering between Mar 15th and Apr. 14th 2026.

Due Dates Are Always The 14th Of Each Month After Registration.

Final Balance Is Due April 14th.

Any Reservation Made Between April 14th and May 22nd Must Be Paid In Full At Time Of Reservation.

* All Inclusive Packages paid to the Resort at Check-In along with the resort fee.

** Total Cost is Per Person.

REFUND POLICY: We rely on the payments by our guests to produce the event. When a room is booked, to secure that room we purchase the room from the resort before payments are completed by our guests. We then provide guests with the ability to pay over time using a payment schedule. This means we provide a loan to our Guests to help them manage their budgets and attend this event. All initial deposits and subsequent payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. For a cancellation, initial deposit only can be credited to the next year’s event.
